Reflections

After the Governor's Honors Academy was over, I had withdrawals. We had been preparing for the June academy since February in that Spring semester. So much hard work went into this academy, and it taught me so much about how teamwork, hard work & preparation, and a little bit of flying by the seat of our pants could create such an incredible experience for students!

Currently, I am involved in multiple practicum experiences in elementary schools where I am able to put the things I learned at GHA into practice.  I value the lessons I've learned as a counselor for GHA, and I will never forget it!
